ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ ЛІКУВАННЯ ПЕРИТОНІТУ

В статтi наведено результати комплексного лiкування розлитого гнiйного перитонiту у 87 хворих із застосуванням внутрішньовенного введення цефтріаксону з метронідазолом, реамберином i актовегіном, що дало можливiсть зменшити розвиток пiсляоперацiйгних ускладнень і більш швидку нормалізацію гемодинамічних показників.
