ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПОЛІМОРФІЗМУ ГЕНА ЦИТОХРОМУ-450 2C19 СЕРЕД ХВОРИХ НА ТУБЕРКУЛЬОЗ

Відомо, що цитохром-450 (CYP) 2С19 бере участь у метаболізмі омепразолу, клопідогрелю, теродоліну тощо, причому значні варіації метаболізму пов’язані з поліморфізмом гена CYP2С19. Разом з тим, літературі дані щодо поширеності поліморфізму гена CYP2C19, включаючи хворих на туберкульоз, в Україні відсутні. Тому метою даної роботи було дослідити поліморфізм генотипу CYP2С19 на півдні України у хворих на туберкульоз і порівняти з аналогічними показниками контрольної групи на прикладі Одеського регіону.
