В оглядовій статті висвітлено особливості клінічних проявів нейродегенеративних захворювань та невирішені проблеми їх лікування. Охарактеризовано мезенхімальні стовбурові клітини та перспективи їх застосування при терапії нейродегенеративних захворювань.
