Атопічний дерматит (АД) – мультифакторне захворювання. З сучасної точки зору, атопія є генетично гетерогенною патологією, для розвитку якої необхідний комплекс багатьох спадкових факторів, що взаємодіють між собою із факторами навколишнього середовища з ефектом сумації. Алергія з віком еволюціонує в організмі дитини. Розвиток алергічного захворювання протягом життя у осіб, схильних до виникнення атопії, отримав назву “атопічний марш”.References
