UKRAINIAN POPULATION IS DYING OUT

Purpose. To study the trends in population mortality in Ukraine during the 25 years of independence and to make a forecast for the future.
Materials and methods. The materials used are official statistical sources subjected to statistical analysis.
Results. Research suggests the tragic fate of Ukrainian population, which has been dying out for 25 years and continues to die out. We won our independence on the one hand, and we have paid its price on the other hand.
Conclusion. It is shown that the population of Ukraine has decreased by 1.2% in the past 5 years. Unfortunately, this process continues and its results are difficult to predict.References
