GAP ANALYSIS AND THEIR ELIMINATION – THE KEY TO REDUCING THE SPREAD OF DRUG-RESISTANT TB

Objective – to analyze the shortcomings in the work of the regional TB dispensary, the removal of which will significantly reduce the spread of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
Materials and methods. In the based on data analytical and statistical reference books for 2010-2014 and its own research and observations.
Results and discussion. Analyzed the shortcomings in the work of the General medical network, in particular antitubercular service of area, the elimination of which will help to reduce the spread of tuberculosis, including MDR.
Conclusions. At the wrong level is carried out sanitary-educational work among patients in hospital, in outpatient conditions as in the General population.
