Purpose: Studying of disability processes from cardiovascular diseases (CVD) of the population of Zhytomyr region.
Materials and methods. It is carried out population-analytical study of disability risks by ARS-construction on basis of strip-split-plot design. The analysis was spent using randomized effects. All population of Zhytomyr region is included in research, all cases of disability due to CVD in the given population during 1999-2008 are considered. Data analysis is lead on the basis of hierarchical nonlinear mixed model.
Results. It is established that each of component of ARS-factors effect has highly reliable modifying effect on spatial distribution of disability risks. In Zhytomyr region there are two main observed peak areas of disability due to CVD-northern and east.
Conclusions. It is proved that influence of ARS-factors due to non-uniformity geographic distribution, strengthened territorial variations of disability risks due to CVD.
