INFLUENCE OF BIO - AND SOCIAL - HYGIENIC RISK FACTORS ON MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY FROM CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES ASSOCIATED WITH HYPERTENSION AMONG URBAN AND RURAL RESIDENTS AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

The aim: to assess the impact of health - biological and social - hygienic risk factors of circulatory diseases associated with hypertension on morbidity and mortality of urban and rural population at the regional level.
Materials and methods. Domestic and foreign references, statistical data, results of sociological research have been analyzed. Methods of bibliosemantic, statistical, expert evaluations, sociologic has been applied.
Results. During the survey respondents with diseases of the circulatory system associated with hypertension showed a high prevalence of risk factors such as mortality relatives from the Ivory Coast, overweight, alcohol consumption, stress-related conditions, low life level, poor adherence to treatment.
Conclusions. High prevalence of risk factors such SBR, unsatisfactory standard of living, low adherence to treatment, a low dispensary coverage among the villagers may explain the greater mortality of the rural population of this class.
