A STUDY OF THE STATE OF FITNESS IS TO MILITARY SERVICE OF SERVICEMEN OF ORDINARY AND OFFICERS OF COMPOSITION OF MOBILIZATIONAL RESERVE OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE ON THE STAGE OF LIBERATION

Purpose. Studying of suitability to military service of servicemen of ordinary and officers of composition of mobilizational reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Materials and methods. On the basis of the statistical accounting on a form 2/med., № 4/med. and reports on the results of medical review of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for 2008-2012 dynamic changes were studied in the state of suitability to military service on the stage of liberation.
Results. In the structure of diseases concerning which servicemen have been recognized by the Military-medical commissions unsuitable (limit suitable) for military service the first places occupied accordingly disorders of psyche and behavior (21,71%), illnesses of organs of digestion (18,88%), illnesses of blood circulation system (12,14%), infectious and parasitic diseases (10,40%), illnesses of bone-muscular system (8,11%). Among illnesses as a result of which changes took place in the state of fitness to service of servicemen and officers, first five places occupied illnesses of blood circulation system (40,49%), illnesses of bone-muscular system (15,05%), illnesses of organs of digestion (12,57%), illness of the nervous system (7,17%), traumas and poisoning (5,47%).
Conclusions. Undertaken of reasons of development of the state of uselessness of servicemen of mobilizational reserve prevents effective completing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in conditions of partial and full mobilization and requires further research.
