Abstract

Purpose: to find out the effectiveness of available technologies and identify priority areas for the formation of health maintaining competencies based on the development of healthy lifestyles of young people in Ukraine.

Materials and Methods. The current legislation of Ukraine in the field of public health, orders and regulations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, guidelines for educational institutions approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were used. Research methods: biblio-semantic, socio-hygienic, method of system analysis and prognostication.

Results. This research is considered on the problem of conscious psycho-emotional attitude of young people to the formation of health maintaining competence. It is performed the analysis of the implemented technologies of health maintaining is carried out and the modern approach to their realization on the basis of system development of life skills.

Conclusions. With developing modules for the formation of health competencies, it is necessary to follow a non-fragmentary impact on each of the components, but use a system approach. The priority for its implementation will be the transition from pilot projects to coverage at the national level - the creation not a quantitative but structure qualified system of health maintaining technologies with specific directions in all areas of social policy. The need is not only in the creation and development of new materials, but also in the appropriate using of existing resources - do not underestimate the long-term achievements in the field of preventive activities. It is necessary to isolate and integrate into modern technologies those vital values, the relevance of which is not subjected to the time frames and remains a priority to this day.
