POSTOPERATIVE PAIN IN CHILDREN’S DEPARTMENT OF INTENSIVE CARE

The article gives a description of different degrees of intensity of postoperative pain in children. Methods of assessing the severity of pain in children by valid scales of pain intensity for different age groups are presented, taking into account cognitive and neurological disorders, severity of the underlying disease.
