FEATURES OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME IN HEALTH CARE WORKERS

The article presents current theoretical approaches to the syndrome of emotional burnout as a form of professional deformation of health workers. Attention is drawn to the factors that cause burnout and phases of the emotional burnout syndrome.
