Abstract

In the care of patients with cerebral stroke, a nurse of the Stroke Department should be able to conduct screening swallowing difficulties, nutritional status and level of hydration. The nurse must perform daily monitoring of these indicators, conduct and monitor the effectiveness of enteral nutrition.
