Abstract

This article adduces the main aspects related to medical ethics by medical staff, the conditions under which disclosure of medical ethics are permitted by law. Also, examples of legal documents that protect medical secrets from disclosure, violation of which involves a criminal or civil procedural responsibility in Ukraine are provided.
