Abstract

Recent medical scientific achievements were admitted in Nephrology, especially about an acute kidney disease. It wasn’t paid necessary attention to this disorder in past. The first device “Artificial kidney’’ AIP-140 appeared in Ternopil University Hospital in 1982. Some time later, Acute Hemodialysis Department started to function.
