Abstract

Multiple sclerosis is a widely known chronic disease of the central nervous system. It is characterized by demyelination of nerve fibers, which in turn leads to a violation of the normal functioning of the body. Rehabilitation plays a very important role in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. A properly selected rehabilitation program and the frequency of rehabilitation treatment courses can contribute to a significant improvement in gait function, daily activities and restoration of lost motor functions.
