Abstract

In the article "Problems of nursing in the structure of the modern health care system. Motivation and optimization of approaches to the solution " the levers of encouragement to the nursing profession are considered. The problem of health personnel, including paramedics, is a matter of concern. The significant shortage of nurses in public health facilities requires many issues to be addressed at the state level. The aim of the study was to use a survey of 28 nurses to investigate the causes of negative trends that motivate paramedics to resign from public health facilities. The use of incentives can encourage continued work in health care encourage continued work in health care facilities. The desire to improve their financial and professional condition encourages nurses to quit their jobs in public institutions. The main reasons are unsatisfactory conditions and low material evaluation of their work, which suits them better in a private clinic. Interest in self-realization, continuous training with the acquisition of new skills increases the level of responsibility and, accordingly, material incentives. The compliance of the results of the survey with the provisions of research conducted at the industry level indicates the need to encourage and encourage employees to work productively with modern requirements for medical care.Coordinated activities of public and private health care institutions aimed at resolving the problems of nursing through the implementation of relevant policy documents and programs will ensure the appropriate level of quality of care at the level of public administration of nursing reform in Ukraine. Structuring and expanding the responsibilities of nursing staff, introducing separate funding for nursing services with the waiver of a guaranteed equalization system of remuneration, strengthening the leadership role of nurses, of course, will solve many problems in this area.
