Publication Fees

Publication of the articles has article processing charges. The cost is determined by the number of characters in the article, and payment for assigning a DOI is made separately. The exact amount of payment and details for the transfer will be provided after the review of the article is completed.

The editorial board accepts for free publication individual single-authored articles by applicants for the third level of higher education of the budgetary form of education, provided that the articles comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.

Together with the article, applicants for the third level of higher education (postgraduate students) of the budgetary form of education submit a certificate from the postgraduate department, confirming their studies in the budgetary form. The certificate must be certified by the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the seal of this department.
