TELEMEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE USA: ORGANIZATIONAL, SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SUPPORT

Current state of telemedical technologies implementation in the USA is presented in the paper. The reasons resulting in telemedicine application are shown. Important problems for US telemedicine and national interest are indicated. Systematic analysis of software and hardware tools available on US market of telemedical technologies is implemented.
