Abstract

We examined the features of morpogenesis of primary meangiocapillary glomerulonephritis (type 1) based on hystilogical and immunohystochemical findings in kidney biopsies. Some features of depositions of different immunoglobulines’ classes and complement fractions in glomerular, tubulo-interstitial and intrarenal vessel structures were ascertained. We studied the properties of hystological situation of glomerular and tubulo-interstitial changes with using of immunohystochemical markers for cell infiltrates, connective tissue and smooth muscle structures. Wide hystological and immunohystochemical variability of glomerular changes, and existence of tubulo-interstitial component of different level significance in all surveys, features of cell infiltrates composition and interstitial fibrosis were discovered.
