The computer programme “System of laboratory diagnostics based on polarization bile flurescence (LDPBF)” has been presented. This system is the application of Apache Tomcat server including Java-servlets and JSP-pages. It allows to store in MySQL database the results of biochemical and microscopic researches and to determine probabilities of presence in the pathological process of components of inflammation or lithogenesis. The programme has been implemented in terms of Java programming language. It is intended for specialists in area of medical sciences, applied programming, medical cybernetics and informatics.References
