THE PROBLEM OF REGULATIONS TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF DOCTORS AND PATIENTS

It is marked that the problem of protecting the rights of doctors and patients studied not enough. It is emphasized that today in Ukraine remains an imbalance between the protection doctors' and patients' rights. In the market are quite common legal services to protect rights of patients and almost no protected rights of medical workers. At the same time it is emphasizes that the quality of care can be determined only by ensuring constant peer review process of providing, with this relevant criteria. In conclusion it is suggests that in terms of the goal of legislative regulation and application of the rules of legal technique, seems appropriate amendments to the Law of Ukraine «Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care», which would provide a comprehensive solution to the problem of patient and health care worker legal status determination.References
