The aim of the work: analysis of the range of the domestic market of homeopathic medicines that affect the functioning of the digestive system and the course of metabolic processes in the human body and study of their composition. Materials and methods. Materials: State Register of Medicines of Ukraine, homeopathic medicines of group A “Means that affect the food system and metabolic processes” their composition. Methods: information search, analysis, marketing research, generalization. Results and discussion. Using content analysis of the State Register of Drugs, the GLP belonging to group A “Agents affecting the food system and metabolic processes” was studied and segmented by type of drug, country and manufacturer. It was found that as of January 10, 2026, 43 GLP positions affecting the food system and metabolic processes were registered on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, of which only 13.96 % were manufactured in Ukraine. The remaining products are supplied by 7 manufacturers, of which 64.87 % are products of “Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH” (Germany). The composition of the GLD of the studied group was investigated, the presence of 170 substances was established. The homeopathic dilutions in which they occur and the frequency of their repetitions were investigated. The share of APIs of plant origin is 40.59 %. The presence of 4 preparations of animal origin, 25 suis-organ preparations and 2 nosodes was established. A feature of the GLD of the studied group is the presence in their composition of APIs that affect metabolic processes (the share of which is 18.8 %). Conclusions. The range and composition of homeopathic medicines that affect the functioning of the digestive system and the course of metabolic processes in the human body were studied and The data obtained can be used to optimize pharmaceutical care, improve the rational choice of medicines and optimize decision-making processes in the field of health care regarding the functioning of the digestive system and the course of metabolic processes in the human body.
