The analysis of results of sonographic examination of hip joints in 127 children under one year is presented. The advantages of the standard method of ultrasound examination of the hip joint are the effectiveness from the first days of the child's life, the possibility of dynamic examination, the expediency of monitoring in particular for the detection of secondary dysplasia of the hip joints.
