IMMUNE DISORDERS IN ACUTE PERIOD OF LACUNAR STROKE

Cellular and humoral immunity was examined in 45 patients in acute period of lacunar stroke. Discovered were the signs of disregulation, deficit of cellular immunity link and activation of humoral immunity link in acute period of lacunar stroke. Changes in humoral immunity link were more pronounced and corresponded to II (Ig G) and III (Ig M and Ig A) degree of immune changes. Established is correlation between CD16+ and stroke severity by the scale NIHSS (r=0,50, p=0,014).
