THE STATE OF SEXUAL INTERACTION OF WOMEN’S FAMILIES WITH DISTURBANCES OF FAMILY HEALTH AND DIFFERENT ADDICTIVE STATUS

Through clinical psychological and psychodiagnostics methods, 371 married couple who applied for help from the violation of family relationships were examined. Among them 321 families were manifestations of addictive behavior (AB) in women (IG1), while the other 50 families – normative indicators AB in women (IG2). As a comparison group (CG) examined 50 relatively harmonious families. Unlike women with CG, which were characterized by the absence of signs of sexual interaction, between IG1 and IG2, established clinically defined sexual health disorder that had greater representation and severity in IG2. In the genesis of disturbances of sexual interaction for families, in which women were suffering from AB, core lesion proved its psychological component in both the spouse, and the presence of AB – pathoplastycal factor (p˂0.05). In the mechanisms of violation of sexual interaction in IG2, rod lesions were psychological, social and psychological components, others have pathoplastycal influence on the formation of deformation of sexual behavior (p˂0.05). The severity of the violation destructive influence of psychological component of sexual behavior as rod lesion was more pronounced in marriage IG2 than IG1 (p˂0.05). We can assume that the AB was detected in women with moderate severity of the violation of sexual interaction, became a way of leveling emotional stress that arise due to non-receipt of family feeling shelter and psychological support, and reduced the level of severity. In contrast, women with addictive normative status existing negative psychoemotional frustration background implemented within the family, thus creating a higher level of marital conflict and strain sexual interaction. The data were assigned us a basis for developing the psychological treatment and support family health of women in AB.
