SUMMARY. In 242 patients with TBI consequences of varying severity and case history of injury neurological status (routine manner using NOS-TBI scale) was evaluated. It was established that the NOS-TBI scale is an effective way to assess the severity and dynamics of disability in patients with traumatic brain injury consequences.
KEY WORDS: TBI, neurological deficit, NOS-TBI scale
