Open Access, Licensing and Archiving Policy
The journal “Achievements of Clinical and Experimental Medicine” adheres to the principles of Open Access, providing free and unrestricted access to all published materials without financial, legal, or technical barriers.
All articles are freely available for reading, downloading, copying, distribution, and use for scientific, educational, and other purposes, provided proper attribution to the original source is given.
All content is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits:
- unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium;
- adaptation and creation of derivative works;
- commercial use,
provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the source.
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Any use of the materials must include proper bibliographic citation.
The journal ensures archiving and long-term preservation of published content to guarantee its permanent accessibility and integrity. Archiving is implemented through:
- the journal’s electronic platform (Open Journal Systems, OJS), ensuring open access to all publications;
- archiving in the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, enhancing dissemination and long-term availability of scientific content;

The journal guarantees continuous open access to its content, stability of electronic links, and long-term preservation of published research.
