BACKGROUND OF OPTIMIZED EYE CARE POPULATION OF THE REGION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH FACILITIES OF DIFFERENT OWNERSHIPSUMMARY

Objective: To study the optimized regional system of eye care institutions in the development of different forms of ownership.
Materials: WHO documents, the State Statistics of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, sociological research. Methods: bibliographic, information-analytical, medical, statistical, sociological, modeling.
Results: The incidence of Ophthalmology in the Zacarpatskyj region during 2000-2015 gg. Increased by 41.7%, ophthalmologists supply was 16.2% lower than the national rate, ophthalmologic beds – decreased by 31.2%. Discovered less than national volume microsurgical operations in hospitals (7.2%) and outpatient basis (6.9%). Established shortcomings in the prevention and treatment and insufficient use of health facilities to private ownership. The priority measures to improve eye care reasonably functional-structural model of its award at the regional level with the use of public-private partnerships.
Conclusions. The proposed functional-structural model of eye care in the region provides a solution to the problem of accessibility and quality of health care institutions in the development of different forms of ownership.
