THE SOCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF HEALTH CARE OF UKRAINE

Purpose: Studying, analysis, adaptation and application of high-tech developments used advanced systems for improve the mechanisms of state policy in the social sphere of Ukraine preserving national achievements.
Materials and methods. During research experience of states with market economy financing of social sector was studied; were evaluated quality of medical care and public service satisfaction. Methods of supervision, comparative analysis, statistical and graphic methods have been used.
Results. Reorganization of all parts of the national economic complex of Ukraine requires management rationalization by social sphere, creating a flexible and effective governance institutions, which providing health and medical and social services, intensive development of new policies and new models of health and social care to all segments of the population.
Conclusions. Addressing the improvement of social policy is to use modern management, especially information technologies with application of computer technology and relevant enough effective methods of management accounting and analysis, already used EU states.
