PROBLEM QUESTIONS PROVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE IN THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Aim. Examine the situation with the organization of emergency medical care in military units, its relation to the Law of Ukraine "On emergency medical care" and to take practical steps for the development of emergency medical care modern system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Materials and methods. The material for this study are the normative documents on the organization of medical support and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, devoted to open source issues and aspects of the organization emergency medical care.
Results. Analysis of the of medical provision of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, especially in the first year of the ATO in eastern Ukraine, has revealed a number of shortcomings: organizational, logistical and general-medical character. Еhe events in the east of the country to encourage effective measures to establish clear principles of medical logistics, the introduction of sorting at all levels of medical evacuation, all available options, including civil health care, to ensure the timeliness of emergency medical assistance to servicemen. The combination of civil and military health care resources on common principles defined by the Law of emergency medical care in Ukraine "On emergency medical assistance" will form an effective national system of emergency medical care.
Conclusions. A necessary condition for improving the medical support personnel is to provide emergency medical care system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
