SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL PROVISION OF POPULATION AS ONE OF THE IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Purpose: To study and analyze the state of sanitary and epidemiological well-being in Ukraine, legal and organizational measures of its security.
Materials and methods. During performance of research, which was carried out during 2012-2015, legislation acts of provision sanitary and epidemiological well-being, quantitative and qualitative indicators of sanitary and epidemiological security were studied. Meta-analysis, statistical and method of structural and logical analysis have been applied.
Results. In Ukraine there is a sufficient legal framework for ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Practice of its implementation indicates high level of morbidity of infectious and parasitic diseases, including their flashes.
Conclusions. In problems of public health system, which is currently formed in Ukraine, ensure of sanitary and epidemiological well-being should be included
