WAYS OF OPTIMIZATION OF MEDICAL-TECHNIC BASE ARE FOR PROVIDING BASE OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HEAVILY BURN PATIENTS
Abstract
Purpose of the research: to explore contribution of domestic and foreign scientists in the development of surgical technologies restoration of the skin in burned patients and to identify the main trends in the development of modern methods of treatment of extensive tissue defects in burn disease.
Data and methods: a systematic analysis of scientific sources of information on the participation of leading scientists in the development of surgical technologies restoration of the skin in burned patients is carried out.
Result of the resarch. In the articleles resulted givena about the basic landmarks of developmentof restoration syrgical of thermal defeats in heavily burn, modern tendencies are considered in treatment of the indicated category of patients. Marked basic problems of the medical-technic providing in home combustiology and ways of their decision.
Conclusions: Many years of experience in treating severely burnt created the basis for the formation of new trends in reconstructive surgery of thermal injury. Developed in Ukraine series of high-tech tools to get the skin donor substrate has become the basic equipment to solve complex problems of surgical treatment burned in domestic combustiology.
