MODERN APPROACHES TO HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION TO THE POPULATION WITH DISEASES OF BLOOD AND BLOOD-FORMING BODIES
Abstract
Purpose: to substantiate and develop modern model of medical care for patients with diseases of blood and blood-forming bodies at the regional level.
Materials and methods. In study biblio semantic, systematic approach, analytical and synthetic methods are used.
Results. The developed model is based on essentially new functional and organizational approaches: creation of structured model on levels of health care with involving the provision of haematology care at the primary level of general practice / family doctors, at the secondary level within the framework of hospital district creating diagnostic advisory offices of the day-care hospitals and at tertiary level in structure of regional clinical hospital – regional haematology centre.
Conclusions. Lacks of haematology care provision related to organizational and managerial aspects. Strategic direction of the developed model became of quality, effectiveness and accessibility improvement of haematology care through realization of management and organizational measures. The structural basis of the proposed model is made with available resources of health care, but its implementation requires additional financial resources for logistical support according to industry standards.
