FIRST RESULTS OF ACTIONS THE NATIONAL PROJECT «NEW LIFE» – NEW QUALITY OF MATERNITY AND CHILDHOOD PROTECTION”
Abstract
Purpose: Analysis and evaluation of the first results of implementation the National project "New life" – new quality of maternity and childhood protection".
Materials and methods. Activity of perinatal centers of III level on developed quality indicators has been analyzed.
Results. In perinatal centers there were bore 75,1% of pregnant women with congenital heart diseases, 47,5% with cardiovascular diseases, 44,5% of the EC-lampsy severe degree, 31,3% with diabetes from total number of patients with this pathology in regions of reception, are born live with birth weight 500,0–999,0 g 69,4%, infants with weight 1000,0–1499 g – 58,6%. The survival rate of infants with birth weight 500,0–999,0 g in perynatal centers was 75,1%, and birth weight 1000,0–1499,0 g – 92,2% respectively 64,2% and 80,6% in perinatal facilities of primary level.
Conclusions. The obtained data confirms availability of adequate tertiary perinatal care and efficiency of perinatal centers activity.
