PSYCHICAL EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF MEDICAL AND SOCIAL CARE OF YOUNG PERSONS WITH ADJUSTMENT DISORDERS, WHO USE PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES

The purpose of research is to develop an interactive psychical educational training to provide medical and social assistance for young people with adjustment disorder, who use psychoactive substances.
Material and methods. The study involved 381 students of 1-2 courses of the Faculty of Economics at a university in our country. The analysis of cognitive, behavioral adaptations and emotionally-oriented strategies to overcome difficult life situations identified students’ preferences in the sequence they are applied, the frequency and variety of repertoire. Research methods: social and demographic methods, clinic-anamnestic methods, clinical and psychopathological method, statistical methods.
Results. On the basis of our findings it was developed and implemented in the educational work of some Ukrainian universities psychical educational treatment-preventive intensive training on case-method, the CBL, with integrated neurolinguistic – technology (NLP) «Reframing» to provide medical and social assistance for young people with adjustment disorder, who use psychoactive substances.
Conclusions. Training contributes to social and psychological adaptability of students through the mobilization of internal reserves, restoration of self-confidence, changing attitudes of young people to stressful situations and behavioral reactions, the acquisition of self-organization skills "self-help", activation quality "hardiness".
