STUDY POPULATION IN NEED SECONDARY CARE IN HOSPITAL EMERGENCY HOSPITALIZATION ON CRITERIA

Purpose. Study needs of the population in emergency admissions to hospitals for secondary health care regulatory and certain criteria (for example, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy, Chernihiv regions).
Materials and methods: statistics central district hospitals form number 20 (56 pcs.) and electronic version of the form № 066/o (366 313 pcs.) in 2014. We were used methods of system approach and system analysis, statistical analysis, conceptual modeling
Results and Conlusions. The data obtained can be used in the planning of the network of hospital and intensive routine treatment facilities, as well as their internal structure. Regulatory criteria for emergency hospitalization need to be clarified in accordance with the requirements of medical and technological documents and regulatory criteria for planned hospitalization need to be clarified in view of community care options.
