MORBIDITY ON SELECTED CLASSES AND NOSOLOGICAL FORMS OF MOBILIZATION RESERVE PERSONS EVACUATED AT TEENAGE AGE, IN THE REMOTE PERIOD AFTER CHERNOBYL DISASTER

Purpose: analysis of morbidity of mobilisation reserve persons during the remote period, evacuated at teenage age (till 18 years) from 30-km zone after Chernobyl disaster.
Materials and methods. Data of 3816 adults under the special clinic-epidemiological program of inspection, which included the analysis of illnesses history, studying of health state of this category of victims in the remote period after disaster for 2000-2012 has been analysed. The data of the state both branch statistical reports and State Statistics Committee data have been used.
Results. Decrease in indicators in II and III periods of supervision in comparison with I period on following classes is established: illnesses of nervous system, respiratory organs, digestive organs, urinogenital system. In the third period sharp growth of disease by illnesses of vegetative nervous system, cerebrovascular disorders, chronic liver diseases, cirrhosis was observed.
