BLOOD PRESSURE STUDENTS OF THE FIFTH YEAR STUDY OF TERNOPIL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY BY I.YA. HORBACHEVSKY

Purpose: To investigate in dynamics of blood pressure status among youth on same type of cohort group.
Materials and methods. The object of study were students of Ternopil State Medical University by whom over 2010-2013 years periodically measured blood pressure; number of students over these years has made 250-240 person.
Results. Morbidity of boundary hypertensia and hypertension during the years of study at medical university steadily grew and generally has made 3,38 times. Among risk factors of disease development were recorded as genetic (relatives on incidence of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension and death from them) and factors, which can be attributed to lifestyle (harmful habits, daily routine, carried psychological and emotional traumas, etc.) transferred infectious diseases.
Conclusions. Studying of dynamics of blood pressure among student’s youth has shown its deterioration. The basic risk factors influencing prevalence of hypertension among medical students have been established.
