FEATURES OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECT OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED OPHTHALMOLOGIC AID PROVIDING IN CONDITIONS OF BRANCH REFORMING

Purpose: assessment of the attitude of doctors and nursing staff to innovations in provision of highly qualified ophthalmologic aid.
Materials and methods. The opinion of 87 medical workers (23 doctors and 64 nurses) under specially developed questionnaire was studied. The questionnaire included some blocks of questions concerning professional, psychological, financial and psychological, industrial aspects of doctors and nurses activity, as well as their relationship to necessity of industry reforming. Presentation of survey results in points has allowed to use statistical methods of data processing (method of analysis of alternative characters).
Results. It is established that most surveyed doctors and nurses are satisfied with their jobs and working conditions, but not satisfied with level of wages. Most of the surveyed physicians are not psychologically ready to reform of health care, however nurses take a more active position on the changes, which occur in the medical branch.
Conclusions. Disagreements in attitude of doctors and nurses to processes of reforming health care explain different level of professional opportunities, well-being, knowledge.
