CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE MEDICAL AID ORGANIZATION TO PATIENTS WITH SURGICAL PROFILE AT THE PRIMARY LEVEL

Purpose: to develop conceptual approaches to the medical aid organization to patients with surgical profile at the primary level of rendering medical care by doctors of general practice – family physicians.
Materials and methods. At performance of work were applied bibliosemantych, structural and logical analysis and conceptual modelling method. During research results of own preliminary researches have been used. Methodical basis of study became system approach.
Results. Conceptual organizational approaches on provision patients with surgical profile of medical care GP-FP at the primary level of medical aid have been developed.
Conclusions. Implementation of the proposed innovations will allow to remove available controlled lacks in the management PHC to surgical profile patients due to improving structural components and process components.
