PRESERVATION OF HEALTH OF YOUNGER GENERATION AT THE STAGE OF HEALTH CARE REFORMING

Purpose: finding-out the major problems in the medical care organization for children’s population at primary level on the background of health care reforming.
Materials and methods. Medical and sociological study of doctors who are directly involved at the level of primary health care facilities. The survey was conducted simultaneously with application of specially designed questionnaires. The volume of representative sample of sociological survey was 70 family doctors.
Results. According to the survey, the greatest problems in the work organization of family doctors are unresolved personnel question, lack of institutions diagnostic equipment and special vehicles, inadequate training of physicians in all aspects of family doctor activity, especially for providing medical and preventive care for children's population.
Conclusions. The revealed lacks in the organization of family physician’s work demand increased attention to quality of their training and equipment of primary level facilities.
