MODEL OF FORMULARY SYSTEM OF MEDICAL PRODUCTS AT THE STAGE OF ITS DEVELOPMENT

Purpose: optimization of functional and organizational model of formulary system of medical products provision; analysis of system qualitative changes; determination of prospect of formulary system of medical products development in Ukraine.
Materials and methods. The system analysis of world and domestic scientific sources, standard-legal documents, which describe the role of formulary system in health care has been carried out. The analysis of integration communications of formulary system with pharmacological supervision system, standardization of medical aid by State Service on Medicinal Means of Ukraine has been spent. As object of study standard and methodical documents of health care system of Ukraine have served.
Results. At the stage of its development the functional and organizational model of formulary system of medical products in the period 2010-2014 has been presented. The model includes new system-communication links of formulary system with pharmacological supervision system. The analysis testifies that the official system is at the stage of its development and further improvement.
Conclusions. The model of formulary system of medical products at the stage of its development is characterized by integration processes in system of industry standards, which provides reliability, efficiency, safety and economic accessibility of pharmacotherapy.
