Purpose: to analyze the interrelation of socio-economic and industrial factors with sexual dysfunctions in men. Materials and Methods. A retrospective analytical medical and sociological study of the «case-control» type was conducted. According to a specially developed author's program, 402 men with sexual dysfunctions and 200 practically healthy men of approximately the same age group and place of residence were surveyed (p˃0.05). Results. It was found that the socioeconomic predictors of sexual dysfunctions in men with a high probability are low level of education (OR=6.29; 95%CI=1.47–26.87) and material well-being (1.68; 1.18–2.39), as well as unemployment (2.15; 1.17–3.97). It has been proven that sexual dysfunctions are more common in men who have mostly worked in physically hard jobs during their professional career (OR=8.31; 95%CI=1.96–35.18), associated with more than 5 years of exposure (2.96; 1.42–6.17) to occupational hazards (3.26; 2.17–4.90), including high psychoemotional stress (4.53; 1.96–10.48). Conclusions. When developing a set of organizational measures to improve the prevention of sexual dysfunctions in men at the state, regional and community levels, the interrelation of their development with socio-economic and occupational risk factors should be taken into account.
