Aim of the Study. To conduct a scholarly elaboration and provide a theoretical and methodological justification for a conceptual biostatistical-mathematical model intended for the comprehensive analysis and identification of causal patterns within the biopsychosocial profile of the population, based on the findings of a sociological survey. Materials and Methods. Based on the results of a comprehensive epidemiological, applied, analytical-descriptive, and monographic study incorporating elements of heuristic systems modelling theory, an analytical and managerial conceptual biostatistical-mathematical model was developed to identify causal relationships within the context of a multifactorial approach to health, grounded in empirical sociological data. Results. It was established that the developed Model – a multilevel logical-structural algorithm – is based on three stages: Step 1 – identification of determinants; Step 2 – biostatistical verification; Step 3 – analytical interpretation, conclusions, and recommendations. This sequence ensures the systematic structuring of the identified interrelations among the studied biostatistical parameters, in accordance with sociological data. It has been demonstrated that when the content and theoretical-methodological foundation of the Model are combined with an integrated systems-based approach, they embody a clearly defined purpose, core analytical and applied objectives, a three-tier logical-structural design, scientific novelty, and high practical value. These features align with the conceptual principles and instruments of applied implementation in medical science, thus ensuring the Model’s integrity, adaptability, and relevance in the current context of health system development. Conclusion. The theoretical and methodological foundation of the proposed Model integrates the biopsychosocial approach, systems analysis, the principles of evidence-based medicine, and contemporary biostatistical methods. This integration ensures the Model’s coherence and scientific validity as a tool for biostatistical and mathematical analysis of the interrelations between socio-medical determinants and the health status of the population.
