Purpose: to substantiate the main functional domains of management in a healthcare facility in the modern dynamic environment. Materials and Methods. The study analyzes the main functional areas of management in a healthcare facility in view of the critical dynamic changes of the present. The analytical, semantic and systematic approach methods were used. Results. Modern management considers the management of an organization as one of the key functions, since changes in the market require speed and flexibility in making and implementing management decisions. One of the most important areas of management in a healthcare facility is Human Resources Management (HRM), which is a set of measures and strategies aimed at managing human resources in an organization and covers all aspects of interaction with employees: from recruiting and training staff to ensuring their motivation and development. HR management is of particular importance in healthcare institutions due to the specifics of the industry, where not only the success of the organization but also the health of patients depends on the qualifications and interaction of the staff. In today’s dynamic environment caused by the military invasion of our country, there is a significant shortage of qualified doctors, nurses and other staff, and this is becoming increasingly pronounced in the face of growing demands on the quality of medical services. Accordingly, the overload of healthcare workers, particularly in times of crisis, leads to high levels of stress and professional burnout, which can affect the quality of patient care. Conclusions. The dynamic present, including economic, social, technological and political factors, poses certain challenges to healthcare institutions, and the most common of them are changes in healthcare legislation and policy, healthcare system reform, etc. In today’s dynamic space, where new technologies, changes in legislation, changing needs and changes in the economic situation are regularly introduced, financial management must be flexible and able to respond quickly to such an environment.
