PROSPECTS OF IMPROVING THE ELECTRONIC REGISTER OF SPECIALISTS PROVIDING MEDICAL AND REHABILITATION CARE

Purpose: Determination of prospects for improving the electronic register of specialists providing medical and rehabilitation care. Research methods. Generalization, systematization, systemic, logical, dialectical, analytical. Results. Modern digital technologies are transforming medicine, improving diagnostics, treatment, and the overall level of medical services. Around the world and in Ukraine, there is a growing demand for the integration of digital solutions into the medical field, which is an important step in solving urgent problems: shortage of medical personnel, inequality in access to medical services, and increasing the efficiency of medical care. Digital technologies in medicine are becoming a key element in the transformation of healthcare systems around the world, including in Ukraine. Innovations such as artificial intelligence (AI), telemedicine, mobile applications, and electronic medical records are changing approaches to diagnostics, treatment, and management of medical services. Given global trends, the digitalization of medical processes in Ukraine is not only a necessity, but also a strategic priority for the development of the healthcare system. The formation of electronic registers by the state is a strategic direction for changing economic policy, which has many risks associated with ensuring the information security of participants in relations in the sphere of transformation and digitalization of the economy. The problems and challenges that exist within the framework of the development of the electronic health care system in Ukraine and that directly relate to the electronic register of specialists providing medical and rehabilitation care are identified. Promising directions for improving and eliminating problems that exist within the framework of the development of the electronic health care system in Ukraine and that directly relate to the electronic register of specialists providing medical and rehabilitation care are presented.
