PRINCIPLES OF PREVENTION OF MALIGNANT NEGOTIATIONS OF THE PREBLADDER GLAND IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

Purpose: to propose a new medical approach for the creation of a single interdisciplinary target program for the prevention and combating of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland. Materials and Methods. A conceptual functional-organizational model and principles of prevention and countermeasures against malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland were developed, taking into account the sociohygienic and ecological characteristics of the region, clinical and socio-medical features of oncological diseases. Results. A single interdisciplinary target program for prevention and countermeasures against malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland has been created. The developed methodical approach demonstrates the unifying, coordinating function of social programs for the prevention and control of malignant neoplasms between the public health sector, the medical care sector of all types and conditions in the process of prevention and control of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland. Conclusion. 1. Primary prevention of oncological diseases of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland is currently a priority area in modern health care. 2. A decisive role in the prevention of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland is played by a person’s lifestyle, which is based on awareness of the leading risk factors for the occurrence of malignant diseases. 3. With the help of targeted preventive examinations, it is possible to timely detect malignant tumors of the prostate gland in the early stages of their development, which contributes to effective secondary prevention and timely treatment of diseases.
