MANAGEMENT OF YOUTH HEALTH PRESERVATION COMPETENCE THROUGH THE PRISM OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

Purpose: to evaluate the possibilities of managing the competence of preserving the health of young people through the prism of tourism development.
Materials and Methods. Statistical data of the Center for Medical Statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine were used for the analysis. The research was conducted on the basis of the analysis of a standardized survey using the questionnaire method. When conducting the research, general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, system-structural analysis and analytical method.
Results. Tourism opens up unique opportunities for educating young people in the skills of a healthy lifestyle, active recreation, useful leisure, hardening of the body, prevention of diseases, etc.
Today, one of the main and safe preventive methods that contribute to prevention is regular physical activity, such as daily cycling, walking, swimming, and travel.
As for tourism, it has several health-improving components, starting with motor activity, positive influence of fresh air, change of the environment of usual life, stimulating influence of certain extreme, etc.
Regular sports, and in our study, tourism, help to get rid of even chronic diseases, and we partially prove this, and also contribute to the prevention of new ones.
Conclusions. So, based on our research, we can draw a conclusion about the positive impact of tourism as a health-preserving technology on a healthy lifestyle and health in particular. Health-saving technologies act as certain management levers in relation to the formation of a culture of a healthy lifestyle through the prism of tourism among young people.
