ASSESSMENT BY THE POPULATION OF THE PROVISION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES WITH MEDICAL CARE

Purpose: to study the level of assessment by the population of providing the territorial communities with medical care.
Materials and Methods. Methods: bibliosemantic, sociological, medico-statistical, of structural-and-logical analysis. Materials: data from information sources on the research topic and the results of sociological survey among 297 people in Transcarpathian region. During the study, the confidentiality of information about respondents was preserved.
Results. During the study, the level of self-assessment of the surveyed residents of the territorial communities of the Zakarpattia region of the state of personal health, the possibility of obtaining the necessary medical assistance, the possibility of receiving at the level of the territorial communities services for preserving and strengthening health, and the level of satisfaction of the surveyed with the help received from general practitioners - family doctors. The obtained results of the study indicate an insufficient level of providing the population of territorial communities of Transcarpathian region with certain types of medical care. First of all, it concerns territorial communities located in the mountainous geographical zone.
Conclusion. The results of the study as for the insufficient level of providing the population with certain types of medical care should be taken into account during the preparation and implementation of the next stage of reforming the health care system of the region with the involvement of territorial communities in solving the problem.
